Welcome back to Kordial Media’s blog! This week, let’s talk about Pinterest newest updates… again!
? Metrics Have Changed in Pinterest Analytics
That’s right, “close-ups” are now called “Pin clicks”, and “link clicks” are now called “outbound clicks”, when it comes to organic metrics.
? They are Introducing ‘monthly views’ as a new Metric on your Profile
This represents the number of times your Pins were on screen in the last 30 days. This includes Pins you’ve published and Pins others have saved from your claimed domain or accounts. This no longer includes the impressions from the pins you saved from other people.
? Here are the Definitions of New & Important Metrics:
Pin clicks: Click into a Pin from the grid.
Outbound clicks: Click to the destination URL associated with a Pin.
