Welcome back to Kordial Media’s blog! Today, I wanted to talk about how to pin in 2021.
? Focus on New Graphics for Blog Posts
A lot of people focus on pinning, re-pinning, and re-pinning some more. Instead, you should be focused on creating new blog posts and new pins for those blog posts, since Pinterest prioritizes new pins, as opposed to re-pins.
? Do your Keyword Research
Look up the trending searches and create blog posts around those searches. Don’t make the mistake of creating blog posts that you feel will perform well. Do the work and research what will perform well before creating your content.
? Research Your Searches
Look up the topic of your blog post in the search bar and take a look at the pins that come up. How can you use different colors, pictures and fonts to stand out in the feed?
?Use all Pinterest Tools
Start focusing on ALL the tools: video pins, Story pins, the Trends tool. Utilize them all. They help your overall strategy.
?Consider Campaigns
Pinterest campaigns are great. You can invest as little as $5/day and see your traffic increase if your organic traffic is struggling. If you need help setting up campaigns, let me know.
That’s it for today!
